Vacation Rental Description

Imagine....Yourself experiencing panoramic sunset views to the Pacific Ocean from your luxurious 
lanai.  Enjoy a cocktail at the guest only private beach bar, "Nanea Hale", while watching dolphins 
and whales breech in the ocean during the winter months.   Begin each morning with the sunrise over 
the mountains from your bedroom windows, before you enjoy a morning walk along the lagoons of the 
Pacific Ocean.

Your Hawaiian Advantage, at the luxurious Beach Villas at Ko Olina, is the perfect setting for you 
and your family(up to 6 people) in our 2 bedroom condo. The large lanai doors open to reveal a 17 
foot opening onto the west facing lanai.  Marble counters, high end appliances and all the supplies 
you may require, complete the kitchen.  If you choose to use the pool side BBQ’s to cook your catch 
of the day, remember to enjoy a cocktail from the beach bar while you visit with our neighbours. The 
condo has been beautifully decorated and offers you the finest of furniture. Comfortable Lanai 
furniture creates the perfect place for visiting or reading privately with an ocean view.  Our 
living room sofa provides an additional Queen size bed, designed with modern, air-coil mattress 
technology.  The bedrooms feature Cal King & extra long twin beds with Sealy Mattresses, covered 
with cotton sheets and down filled comforters.  Additionally, each room is complete with wall 
mounted flat screen TV’s. 

We have taken the time to appreciate what a vacation means to you and can offer you advice and tips 
during your stay in Oahu, found in our Guest handbook located in our condo.  Upon your arrival, 
review the binder for helpful hints in the condo and tips for exploring the island.  We have 
included many assorted brochures for your convenience.  

We know you will fall in love with Ko Olina and you will find it to be a most relaxing and enjoyable 
holiday.  Just bring your tropical attitude and settle into the Hawaiian life style.  

Vacation Rental Amenities

As you stroll through the secured, exclusive Villas, you may take time to relax, on a 
comfortable padded beach chaise lounge, by one of the 2 pools, visit the Koi pond, or workout in the 
exceptional fitness centre.  If you require help with a fitness program, the fitness experts are 
around to assist you during the day.  Try a few laps in the lap pool followed by a hot tub or a 
steam in the sauna/steam room.

Security is a priority and is manned with secured gates and cameras 24/7.  The team is friendly and 
helpful and make you feel both welcome and safe.  Perfect for young family with children. Visitors 
continually comment about the safe atmosphere at the Beach Villas!

Planning a wedding?  The Beach Villas are the perfect spot.  Have your ceremony on the beach or at 
the Chapel next door, then host a dinner in the outdoor common room within the Villas. 

If you wish to take a dip in the ocean, you may exit through the secured front gate and step right 
out onto the sandy beach of lagoon 2 (Honu).  The lagoons are safe for all ages to swim and snorkel 
throughout.  Stroll over to Lagoon 1 by 7:30am to experience feeding the fish.

Activities and Attractions

Follow the meandering path through the 4 Ko Olina lagoons to the world class marina.  This full 
service marina provides a home for services for scuba diving, snorkelling, whale & dolphin watching, 
deep sea fishing, and other ocean excursions.

In the evenings, experience a traditional Luau and an exquisite Hawaiian meal a short walk away in 
Paradise Cove.  You may enjoy dinning at the J.W. Marriot ‘Ihilani Resort and Spa on Lagoon 1 or the 
Marriot Beach Club on Lagoon 2.  After a game of golf at the world class Ko Olina Golf Club, sit 
down for a delicious meal at Roy’s restaurant at the golf course.  The Annual LPGA "Fields Open" is 
help in February.  

Also in February, during the week of the 6-13th, the "Pro Bowl" NFL All-Star Game is played at the 
Aloha Stadium.

Driving in Oahu is a pleasant and easy experience.  Locals are both courteous and helpful.  Travel 
30 minutes east and you can explore the beaches of Waikiki, Honolulu, Pearl Harbour, Diamond Head, 
Honolulu Zoo, and Hanauma Bay.  Take time to head north on the H2 and you can enjoy a Pineapple 
smoothie at the Dole Plantation before you arrive at the breathtaking sights of the North Shore.  
Kick your shoes off and stroll down the sandy beaches while you watch the world class surfers ride 
the Hawaiian waves.  You may continue all the way to the tip of Oahu, home of Turtle Bay, or return 
home, stopping for a visit at Waimea Falls and beach. But before you get back on the H2, you MUST 
stop in Hale’iwa for a shaved ice!!  Should you decide to drive along the east coast of Oahu, you 
may plan to take a horseback ride in the mountains, or maybe stop and stretch your legs to take a 
hike.  There are many guided hikes available for those who wish to challenge themselves along the 
steeps slopes, or very scenic hikes for a pleasurable walk.
