within five minutes of Peak 8, Peak 9, and Peak 10, which offer some
of the finest skiiing in the West. If you like a variety of slopes,
Copper Mountain, Vail, Keystone, and Arapahoe Basin are all within
easy driving distance.

Winter (November 1 - April 30, except holiday weeks): $1600 per week,
$260/day (3-day min.)
Summer (May 1 - October 31): $1000 per week, $175/day (3-day min.)

Rates based on occupancy of 8 or less.  Discount available for
multiple weeks.  All rentals subject to accommodation tax.
