This spectacular lake house is situated on a large waterfront lot in Mooresville. It sleeps 12 and is a true retreat for families or several couples who want to escape and enjoy the beauty and peacefulness of lake front living! The open floor plan is great for sharing time together and has a dining room table that seats 12! Double French doors open to a screened porch that brings the outside in. It offers 4 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms. Three of the bedrooms have on suite bathrooms attached. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and large roll-in shower. There are three rooms with queen sized beds and two of those also offer a twin bed in each room, additionally, there is a sofa sleeper and a crib upstairs. The upstairs game room is a very bright and cheery room with large lakeside views and a selection of board games, books and videos. The waterfront is amazing with its own private beach and dock! The dock has a covered seating area with picnic table and floating dock with a ladder for swimming and boat tie ups. This deep water cove is great for waterskiing and boating, boasting big water views and is just around the corner from the main channel. The property offers a portable fire place for campfires on the beach, many lounge chairs for relaxing, and floats for the lake. The house, porch, decks and dock are all handicapped accessible. The location of this lakeside house cannot be beat. It is three miles or less to amenities, 1 mile from Queens Landing Marina and several waterside restaurants and six miles from exit #36. Sorry this property does not allow pets.
