The first level deck features a spacious screen porch with comfortable chaise lounge chairs and cocktail table. The second level deck is access by a spiral staircase that takes you to a wonderful roof top vista with panoramic views of the Sea. Both the living room and master bedroom have sliding doors taking you out to the first level screen porch ensuring you have beautiful views throughout the condominium. Another wonderful aspect of “Out of the Blue” is that it is corner unit. This allows “Out of the Blue” to have extra light from the additional windows in the living and kitchen area.
The interior of “Out of the Blue” features a single bedroom with a relaxing king sized bed. Adjacent to the bedroom is a full bathroom. The living area is the perfect retreat after a full day on beach and features bright beach colors. A large television flat panel television is an additional feature that is ideal for catching the game between walks on the beach. When it is time to put together a low country feast featuring the day’s catch from one of the many local seafood stores, the well equipped kitchen is just what the gourmet cook in the family will need.
Best of all, the beach is just fantastic in front of “Out of the Blue”. The beach is wide and clean at this location and the waves break along a sandbar just to the North. It frames a perfect setting for sandcastle building, bocce ball, a game of volleyball or racing down a wave on your boogie board. The Port O Call condominium complex also features a large private pool, just for guests staying in this incredible location.
