It is located in a quiet neighborhood nestled in the midst of hundred-year-old live oaks and majestic palms, yet across the street from a beautiful wide unspoiled beach.

          As you walk up to “Flip Flop Cottage” you will be pleasantly surprised to find a private salt water pool. This will be one of the most unique and creative swimming pools you will find on the Island elevated one story, and offering the perfect oasis after a day spent on the beach. The screened porch has table and chairs for 6 under the ceiling fan, and there’s both a gas and a charcoal grill next to the covered parking area. “Flip Flop Cottage” features four bedrooms and two and one half baths. As you enter the cottage, you will find a nice well equipped kitchen, living room (with a sleeper sofa-(SS)) and dining area able to accommodate 11 (seven at the dining room table and four at the kitchen bar). The living room is flooded with light as a result of the vaulted ceiling that features numerous windows extending two stories above the room. The master bedroom is located on the main floor featuring a queen bed(Q) and a private bathroom. The upper level of “Flip Flop Cottage” features three bedrooms plus an additional living/game room with a foosball table. There is one full bath on the second level. Two of the guest bedrooms(Q)(Q) feature a queen bedroom and the final guest bedroom has two twin beds(T)(T).

          “Flip Flop Cottage” has a big yard for your bocci or badminton games, plus a basketball goal in the driveway. It’s right on the bike path so you can get anywhere in Wild Dunes easily without the need to get in the car. “Flip Flop Cottage” is one of the best values in Wild Dunes and perfect for every family looking to spend week in flip flops and bathing suites.
