Villa Esperanza Oceanview home in gated community in Puerto Penasco

Villa Esperanza, completed in October 2001, is a 1600sq.ft. single
story, 3BR/3Bath home. The villa features two split master suites,
in addition to a twin bedded room with full bath. The central
great room offers a fireplace, soaring ceilings and Mexican tile
throughout . Panoramic ocean and estuary views beckon from the
Margarita deck . Whether you are in search of a peaceful walk on
the beach, shell seeking, a game of tennis, or just relaxing with a
good book, these comfortable surroundings will draw you into that
mood. Our gated community with oceanfront pool is minutes from the
fishing village of Puerto Peñasco (Rocky Point) and an easy four
hour drive from Phoenix or Tucson.  

Outstanding Mexican tile construction. Sunporch and Oceanview
margarita deck. Two Master suites with queen beds and private baths.
Third bedroom has twin beds also with private bath. Greatroom
includes large breakfast bar, comfortable fireplace sitting area,
and dining table that seats six. Three minute walk to oceanfront
pool, and adjacent tennis court and clubhouse.

Playa LaJolla: Spend the day on our private beach sunbathing,
shell seeking, taking long walks, or playing beach games. Our
beachfront freshwater pool has an adjacent tennis court. Go
kayaking/swimming at high tide in the Estuary, walk less than a mile
to right on beach, or drive on road past Villages, look for parking
area. While kayaking in estuary, paddle over and purchase oysters
farmed in Estuary. You may also drive or walk to the oyster farm,
through guard gate, follow sign to oyster farm, (short right turn).
Your order is actually pulled from the water right then.
SHOPPING The Malecon; old town Rocky Point, home to dozens of
shops, restaurants and fish market. Many shops around Friendly
Dolphin Restaurant. Shacks Fifth Avenue: turn right heading towards
downtown, just before big pink Welcome sign, cross RR tracks. More
shops, including furnishings , shells, odds and ends. Look for
galleries by local artists. Be sure to barter. Cuban Cigars are
sold everywhere.  
FISHING Puerto Penasco is home to dozens of charter boats.
Depending on the time of year, you may fish for sea bass, red
snapper, marlin, yellowtail, and grouper. Charter a fishing boat at
boat launch on right just behind Friendly Dolphin Restaurant.
Wave runners/banana boat rides/para sailing/sunset cruise; Rent by
charter boats at harbor. 
Scuba Diving/snorkle Take a charter boat to Bird Island. Look for
Sea Lions, whales and dolphins. Check Rocky Point Times.
Cetmar Aquarium located at the entrance to Las Conchas, basic but OK
for kids.
Pincante National Park Thirty miles north of Rocky Point as you
drive in. Designated biosphere reserve, a unique environment
consisting of lava fields, within sand dunes and craters. America's
astronauts have trained there for moon landings.

minimum) $35 cleaning fee. Except New year day rental.
            
$250.00 each Friday & Saturday. $225.00 per day Monday thru
Thursday.   
Weekly rates: 7th night free. Rates higher during holidays. 
Frequent Guest Program. Villa Esperanza is not availble for rent in
the hot
summer months June through September.
