Casa Del Sol is an intimate Resort/Marina located on Lake Seminole, which is connected to the Intercoastal Waterway via a short canal near Sunrise Bridge, in the heart of Fort Lauderdale's waterfront area.
From Casa Del Sol one can walk to the BGeach, the water Taxi, the very upscale Galeria Mall with it's designer shops, a large Publix Super Market, starbucks, a pharmacy, 5 world class restaurants, two exclusive coctail lounges, a gourmet but inexpensive food court at the Galeria Mall, and a dozen or so high quality restaurants.
Our guests have made Casa Del Sol a popular resort. 70% of them return year after year. Warm fellowship occurs each evening as we all gather for the sinset and our sundowner beaverages and snacks under the canopy. This condo unit #5 has teriffic views of Lake Seminole and our swimming pool. It is water front. There is a king size bed, TV, and walk in closed in the bedroom. There is a separate dinning area off the kitchen which is equiped with ice making refrigrator and dish washer. The living room has two couches and a chair, TV plus a desk in an alcove. Of course it has those terrific views of the pool and water.
Casa Del Sol offers DirecTV with 5 HBO channels, WIFI, and an international telephone system (vonage) that allows free calls to 60 different countries.
