Refurbished kitchen and bathroom with ceramic tiles and ceiling fans throughout the entire home.  Great location to all the theme parks, outlet malls, shopping malls, supermarkets, pharmacies,  movie theatres, restaurants, Disney 10 minutes, SeaWorld 15mins, Universal 15 mins and Melbourne Beaches and Clearwater Beaches are 90 minutes away.  Our home is located 3 minutes from Florida Turnpike and I-4, 417, 528, 535.

Living Room/Dining Room:  Sofa, loveseat, dining table with 4 chairs, 37”HDTV, end tables and coffee table, lamps, cable TV with premium channels and DVD player.

Master Bedroom: 1 Queen Size bed, ...2 night stands, 2 lamps, alarm clock with dock station for iphone or ipod, ceiling fan, 6 drawer dresser and walk in closet with hangers, linens, towels, blankets and pillows.  Master bathroom with includes  32 inch TV with DVD Player and cable. Master Bedroom has a screened terrace for early morning coffee/tea or a private dinner for 2.

Second bedroom: Full size bed, 5 drawer dresser,20 inch TV and DVD player are included. Room is spacious and has a large closet with hangers. 

Bathrooms contain a shower, tub, toilet and 1 basin. Both bathrooms have ceramic tile floors.

Kitchen:  Range with oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher. Grill, griddle, blender, and coffee/espresso maker, small toaster oven, all cutlery, dishes, glassware.  Pantry to store your canned goods.

Seating for 4. Dining table with 4 chairs,  place mats, dishes, utensils, glasses, mugs for coffee, wine glasses are provided.  Additional tables and chairs are provided.

Amenities:  Central heating, central air conditioning, linens, pillows and towels provided Wireless internet service is available.  Terrestrial TV/Cable, Video, DVD, Radio, CD System, Board Games..

Screened in Terrace:  All ceramic tile. Great for sitting while BBQ is getting done. This area serves as a game room as well for the adults and children.

1 Car Garage:  Garage for 1 car with remote control entry.  Washer/Dryer is located in the garage. Garage has remote entry and can be locked from the inside as well.
