Vacation Rental Description

Oceanfront, two bedroom two bath, south of Ron Jon Surf Shop away  
form the hussel and bussel. Fully furnished, bring food and  
bathingsuit and enjoy a great time. You are in the middle of all  
that is happening in the area.  North of condo, 15 minutes is Cocoa  
Beach, south is IndianAtlantic beach and there downtown bars and  
shopping. Plenty of wildlife to see sitting on the balcony or see  
the shuttle take off. 
No smoking or pets allowed

Everything needed is there except food, clothes and drinks 
Pool is heated during winter months 
Beachfront access 
Fishing allowed with state license 
BBQ on premises 
Condo was gutted and remodled in 2006

Canaveral, Brevard Zoo, golf, walking on the beach, gambling ships

Cleaning fee 85 
11% tax included 
security depposit 300 - returned after condo is cleaned and checked  
out 
Rental fee must be paid 20 days in advance / cancellation fee may  
apply
