Surrounded by lawns, trees, shrubs and flower gardens, and with wrap-around deck this is a peaceful setting from which to enjoy downtown living. Inside, the home is beautifully maintained, with attention given to retain its old Victorian charm. There is ample use of color and style, enriched by quality antiques and decor throughout. Views abound from all rooms. A truly wonderful home in a prime oceanview setting.

All rentals are subject to a Maine Lodging Tax, plus an additional $45 damage waiver, and a cleaning fee. Pets are not allowed without prior permission from the owner of the cottage. If granted permission, an additional $100 pet deposit is collected and kept at our discretion if any evidence of pet hair or damage is found on your departure.
