vacation rental description
Our Cottage offers all the comforts of home. We have a large one bedroom with two very comfortable double beds. A/C and heat are included in every room. New windows throughout the cottage, and new wall to wall carpet in the bedroom, sitting room and enclosed porch. Our kitchen and bathroom also have new floors. The kitchen is fully stocked with a gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, lobster pot, and any utensils needed to prepare great meals. There is also a gas grill and picnic table outdoors for your enjoyment. Our nice sized bathroom has both a tub and shower. We offer a hair dryer and a iron and ironing board. The sitting room has a recliner, swivel and glider chair. We have a flat screen HD TV and DVD. Our newer enclosed porch has a very comfortable love seat and two chairs with end tables and a coffee table. The porch has a cable TV and most importantly a slider door that can extend the living space or be closed off for privacy. No phone is available inside the cottage but there is a WI-FY connection. There is a phone on the grounds available to you 24 hours a day for emergency usage. Cleaning is done before and after your stay, and cleaning equipment and supplies are avilable to you during your stay.
