   This is a stunning, luxuriously decorated and large villa located in the Barefoot Resort.  It has 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths.  It comfortably sleeps 8.  There are two master suites, one overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway.  Both master suites feature a king-sized bed and the other two bedrooms have queen-sized accommodations.  The master suites each have a private bath with a Jacuzzi and walk-in closets. The third bath is convenient for the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. All bedrooms are equipped with a flat-screen TV, (as well as one in the living area). Enjoy a breakfast nook with seating overlooking the Waterway, as well as a large living/dining combination.
     For the wine connoisseurs, there is a wine rack and glasses.  The gourmet kitchen will make cooking a pleasure, or you can choose to dine out at the many choices nearby, all the way from budget to upscale experiences. 
    Edgewater is the most upscale of the neighborhoods in Barefoot Resort, the Grand Strand’s most complete resort.  You’ll find a hotel-like lobby with mahogany walled elevators and each floor of the resort features a sitting area in an alcove in the hallway. This is a secure, gated property and you’ll receive a special security pass while you are a guest.  The Edgewater Resort boasts a gorgeous pool and hot tub, a full exercise room, and a kitchen in the pool/club house with a refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot and toaster for those afternoon snacks.  There’s plenty of poolside seating for sunbathing, and also a lovely covered porch area when you’re ready for some shade.
    At Barefoot Resort, there’s an incredible choice of things to do and see.  Four championship golf courses are on the property – Love, Dye, Norman and Fazio.  Close by is the award-winning shopping mecca, Barefoot Landing.  Also, don’t forget about Alligator Adventure, House of Blues or the Barefoot Lady Cruise Ship.  You’re only minutes from fine dining or fast food.  When you’re ready for a day at the beach, a shuttle is provided.

Rates do not include $190 onetime charge for cleaning and linens, a $50 reservation fee, and sales tax. Reservation fee can be waived if all payments are made by check and/or money order. You must be 25 years old or a family to rent. Generally during the months of June, July, and August this property rents from Saturday to Saturday.
