Unit #250 is available for daily, weekly or monthly rentals

The daily rate is $250.00 per night with discounted rates for stays extending beyond six nights.

You are responsible for the following fees:
A one night deposit of $250 to confirm you reservation
Balance due 30 days prior to check-in. Reservations made within thirty days of check-in must be
paid in full at time of reservation
There will be a security deposit due at check-in and payable by credit card
A one time maid fee of $40.00 for cleaning the condo upon your departure
