Vacation Rental Description

   This is a 2nd floor condo on south Siesta Key.  
Part of a four building, 16 condo complex occupied mostly by year-
round residents, it makes for quiet and peaceful surroundings, an 
atmosphere we hope you will help preserve.  The grounds are 
beautifully landscaped and well cared for and a lovely pool is 
available for your use.
	Facing west for the famous sunsets over the Gulf you 
overlook 
a lagoon busy with canoes, kayaks, and fishing boats.  Access to 
Turtle Beach is just around the end of our small lagoon, a short 3 
block walk.  The world famous Crescent Beach is a 5 minute drive up 
the island.
	The condo is spacious and lovely.  It has quality furniture 
and a fully equipped kitchen for people who like to cook.  The 
living 
room has comfortable overstuffed furniture with tasteful accent 
pieces and all the latest electronic entertainment equipment.  The 
dining room includes extra dinnerware and easily accommodates 8.  
All 
bedding, towels and sheets (100% cotton), and mattresses, are new.  
The kitchen is fully equipped with table and chairs and all the 
equipment and utensils you will need for those nights when you 
decide 
to cook, though with all the great restaurants nearby, that may not 
be often.  As an added bonus you can stand at the kitchen sink and 
watch the sunsets through the living room window.
	The master bedroom is especially nice with a dressing area, 
a 
spacious walk-in closet, and a large whirlpool tub. Just step out 
the 
sliding doors on to the screened lanai and enjoy your coffee as you 
watch the boats and wildlife on the lagoon.
	A reserved, covered parking place keeps your car clean and 
cool and your own private boat dock is just steps from your door and 
in full view from your lanai.

Jan, Feb, March  $3600.00 U.S. Funds per month
Nov, Dec, April   $2550.00 U.S. Funds per month
Sept, Oct, May    $1600.00 U.S. Funds per month
June, July, Aug   $1600.00 U.S. Funds per month

Minimum rental period is one month, perference and discounts given 
to rentals of 3 months or more. 

Non-smokers only please. No pets.
Security deposit: $1000
Condo Application Fee: $100
Cleaning Fee: $75
10% tax on Rent and Cleaning Fee
Rent must be paid in full prior to tenancy
