Back yard has a hammock, and a fire ring with adirondack chairs. Rear deck has patio furnishings, 6-person hot tub and a stainless steel propane gas grill.

 Spacious private King Master suite on 2nd floor with upgraded matress and linens for ultimate sleeping comfort, private full bath with bathtub/shower combo. Bedroom has 32-inch flat screen TV with DirecTV satellite programming, private rear balcony.

Large, modern, well-stocked kitchen with upgraded stainless steel appliances and breakfast bar. Dining table seats 4 with additional seating for 2 at breakfast bar.

Hot tub is a new, 6-person Jacuzzi model with undulating luminescent lights and slotted waterfall feature and a therapeutic foot-well jet system. This model features a unique, UV filtration system for extra-efficient water purification.

Living room has a 46-inch flat screen HDTV with Blu-ray Disc Player, gas log fireplace and a leather recliner and comfortable furnishings for the ultimate in relaxation and lounging.

Loft is large and spacious with a leather sofa, a drop-leaf table for games (various board games included) and a 27-inch TV connected to THREE game consoles with games for kids to enjoy for endless hours.

Main level Queen bedroom has a 32-inch TV with DirecTV satellite programming, upgraded mattress and linens for ultimate comfort. Full bath across hallway with enclosed laundry area.

Cabin is located in the beautiful, gated Coosawattee River Resort community. Unlimited access to all community amenities is included with the use of the guest passes in the cabin. Community amenities inlcude river parks, several Rec Centers, tennis and basketball courts, stocked fishing pond and more! No fishing license is required within the Coosawattee Resort community.
