'Sunset Views in the Desert' High-Class Condo w/ VIEWS in St George

This nicely decorated condo is absolutely beautiful with updated modern furniture and very open floor plan throughout.  Known as “Sunset Views in the Desert” condo, the unobstructed views from the windows and the huge wrap-around deck are incredible to the mountains in the desert behind the unit.  Everything will be provided to make your experience very comfortable and we guarantee you will not be disappointed.
The condo at Las Palmas Resort has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms.   All bedrooms and bathrooms are stocked with clean linens, soaps/shampoos, and paper products.  Master Suite has a comfortable king size bed, private entry to patio, flat screen TV, and ample storage space for your personal belongings.  The second bedroom has a queen bed along with a flat screen TV.   There are two double-size bunk beds and a flat screen TV in the third bedroom with an access to the other full bathroom.   It sleeps 8 comfortably in beds with a queen air mattress provided for 2 additional people. 
An open kitchen with an island bar is fully equipped to do any cooking.  It is loaded with all cooking utensils and updated stainless steel appliances.  The dining area is located between the kitchen and the patio so you can enjoy the meals from our BBQ grill and/or the stove.  You can access the large covered patio from the kitchen/dining area, the Great Room or the master bedroom.  Enjoy the beautiful view and spectacular sunsets while lounging in the comfortable 4 piece patio furniture.  A gas BBQ grill and patio dining set are also provided for your outdoor dining pleasure.
The spacious great room with modern leather furniture and a rocker recliner is a great relaxing atmosphere for your whole party.  A large TV with DVD and a cozy gas fireplace are just a few items to mention why this place is very hard to beat.
FREE 8 passes to the world-famous Green Valley Resort and Spa is included with this rental.  The resort features six swimming pools (one indoor), outdoor and indoor tennis courts, racquetball courts, basketball courts, volleyball, shuffleboard, full fitness gym and children’s playground.  This condo also has unlimited access to Las Palmas Resort’s outdoor pools and hot tubs at no charge by using the key provided at the unit.
The condo is located at the newest building at the Resort.  The unit is on the end of the building and on the top level floor which provides the upmost quiet and peace for your enjoyment.
