19 Seaside Villas is a 3 Bedroom, 2.5 Bath townhouse in Fenwick Island Delaware. Seaside Villas is a small ocean side community of 22 townhouses located just south of Bethany Beach and north of Fenwick Island State Park. The townhouse is about 50 yards to the beach, which is accessed by a convenient boardwalk and Dune bridge. There is limited public access so the beach is usually only occupied by the residents and guests of the community. The townhouse has unobstructed views of the ocean from two decks. You can watch the sunrise over the ocean while laying on the king-size bed found in the Master Bedroom Suite. The Little Assawomen Bay can also be viewed and is beautiful at sunset.

Three story 3BR/2.5Bth Townhouse with Cable and Wireless Internet.
On the ground floor is a carport with boardwalk to beach access, parking for one car (or two small cars), a storage closet with Toys and Beach Chairs, Outside Shower and a Gas Grill
The first floor contains the main living area. It has an open floor plan that includes a living room with fireplace and a large TV (DVR), dining room (seating for 6, with additional counter seats), kitchen, half bath, and laundry. Additionally there is a large deck with a dining table (seating for 4) and 2 additional ocean viewing chairs.
The second floor has the Master with ensuite, guest room and hall bath. The Master bedroom has the most spectacular view of the ocean and bay from a King size bed and a deck with a chase. The guest room has 2 full sized beds, so sleeps 4.
The third floor is a Loft Bedroom with 2 single Beds (can be pushed together to create a King).
All bedrooms have a TV with DVR player. Pillows and Blankets are provided, Tenent is responsible for Linens (Sheets, Towels).
