This spacious 3 BR/ 2 BA condo, stylishly decorated with all new furniture, is just one block from the ocean with direct beach access. Hear the waves break from the covered deck while sitting on hand-crafted Adirondack chairs. Just one short flight of stairs brings you into the living room and kitchen. Catch up on entertainment with the 32" LCD TV with full Direct TV (HBO/Showtime), Blu-Ray, and Nintendo Wii. The plush sofa and loveseat can even sleep additional guests comfortably.
In addition to the master bedroom (also with TV and Direct TV) and separate bath, the two hall bedrooms share a bathroom. One is furnished just for the kids, with a handmade, one-of-a-kind castle lamp and two twin beds.
Walking distance to shops, restaurants, farmer's market, and a short drive to Kure Beach Pier, the NC Aquarium at Ft. Fisher and the ferry to Southport.

1. Contact owner to reserve dates.
2. Owner sends agreement to renter.
3. Renter sends back signed agreement and security deposit to reserve unit.
4. Final payment received 7 days prior to arrival
5. Owner sends/calls back key pickup instructions and directions.
6. Cleaners inspect unit and owner mails security deposit within 7-10 days
PETS - ONE (1) dog UNDER 30 pounds. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Pet Fee = $20 per night; $50 minimum.
Security Deposit - $250.00 for the week. Any cancellations within 5 days of rental will lose 50% of deposit. Any cancellations within 2 days of rental wil lose 100% of deposit.
PayPal - Accepted with a 3% transaction fee added to total.
Linens - Linen packs and sheets may be provided for $25 non-refundable charge.
