Lakefront Beach House w/AirCondition and HotTub in Mount Pocono

Warm, rustic, lakefront chalet with A/C located only 12 miles from Camelback Ski and Beach Resort.
The Crossing Outlets and Mt Airy Casino a short distance away.
Great place for a group of friends or a couple to enjoy the a weekend get away
at our Lakefront Chalet which has a large jacuzzi hot tub on the back deck.

We offer plenty of opportunities to enjoy the outdoors as the house
has its own private beach, sand toys, two boats (paddle boat and
canoe) and a gas grill and furniture on the deck. The grounds also
provide the perfect location for allowing the kids to tent and camp
outdoors while the adults can enjoy the comforts of the house.

The house sleeps 3-10 comfortably in the 3 bedrooms and a sleep loft.
There are 3 queens, a double sized sleep sofa and there is plenty of
space in the loft to invite a few friends to the Poconos.

Outdoor Hot tub, fireplace, paddle boat, canoe, cable tv with vcr/dvd,
jacuzzi hot tub in the master loft, microwave, coffer maker

Spring/Fall Weekends: $400.00 - $700.00 (excludes holidays)

Winter Weekends: $750.00 (excludes holidays) upto party of 6 - additional guest upto 10 $25.00 per person

Summer Weekly Rentals (Sat -Sat): $1,700.00

Pay Pal, credit cards (4% charge), checks and money orders are accepted for payment. We require half the rental cost to book your rental dates. Renters must be 21yrs of age or older - no exceptions.
