Grand Pines Cabin ( includes Pontoon on ROUND LAKE ) in Hayward

This is a very clean and well kept Family Cabin and We are looking for People who will appreciate a clean Cabin and enjoy their visit.Cabin is equipped with linens,bedding and towels when you arrive and is ready for enjoyment.We accept Credit Cards.This Cabin is for rent by the week .Check-In and Out Times
During the Peak Season, check-in time is 3 p.m. and check-out time is 8 a.m. on Saturday's.Air Conditioning,Internet,Cable TV are just a few modern  conveniences to enjoy in this totally renovated cabin that was made to look like the Cabins of old.

First thing you'll notice is this cabin is close to the shoreline and has a great view of the lake.Cabin and Pontoon Boat included in rental. located directly across from Round Lake Marina.Recently updated with new carpet,Blinds,Beds.Level Lakeshore with 2 steps to dock(No steep hills)Cabin has wheelchair access.

Round lake is a crystal clear lake with good fishing and great for water sports.  Little Round and Big Round are among Haywards premium lakes. We are close to the casino, golf, The town of Hayward, and nice restaurants close by.  The address of the Cabin is 12469 CTY.Hwy. B  Hayward,Wisconsin. 

We have a Kayak available for FREE for those who want to enjoy the lake peacefully and get a little exercise to boot.There is a firepit with stools,A weber grill for BBQ's.A late model pontoon boat for access to the entire 3000 plus acre lake and bays. (The local Marina charges $195 per week for similar kayak)

The Pontoon Boat is a 21 foot premier model with a 60hp 4-stroke motor.The boat is very enjoyable and quiet so You will be able to tour the Lakes in  comfort.The Boat also has a tow bar for those who enjoy tubing.  (The local Marina charges $1595 per week for similar pontoon)

This Cabin has two twin size beds in one Bedroom,One Queen size bed in the second Bedroom and a Full size bed in the third bedroom. Two Bedroom's are equipped with cable TV's  with remote controls.

           We also supply two Reclining Lounge Chairs,Two portable Chairs,Two 2 passanger Rustic Gliding Swing Love Seats, Split Wood for the fire pit .

Hayward is known for the Golf Capital of Wisconsin with over 18 golf courses within a 1/2 hour of Hayward.Hayward has the Lumberjack Festival,The Musky Festival and many activities.Round Lake has a variety of locations where you can stop and swim or just lay in the sun.A pontoon ride can take up to 2-3 hours to go around the lake with all it's Bays and features. Cabin Lodging Policies | Check-in and Check-out Times |

Cabin Ownership, our cabin is individually owned,Because of this, all guests are required to sign a rental agreement stating some of the policies listed below. In addition, guests are not permitted to remove any items from the cabins . Contents of the cabin are photographed and inventoried, and missing items will result in a loss of the security deposit outlined below.

Great Restaurants are close by which include but not limited to are The Chippewa Inn Super Club,Club 77,Angler's Bar and Grill,DJ's Dock,The Ranch,Lakeview Golf and Pizza(Homemade Pizza is Great) and Coop's Pizza.

Outstanding Breakfast Restaurants include The Spider Lake Cafe, Robin's Nest Cafe.

Check-In and Out Times
During the Peak Season, check-in time is 3 p.m. and check-out time is 8 a.m. on Saturday's.

Reservation Deposits
When making a reservation , we require a 50% deposit. Balance due prior to arrival or day of arrival.

Cancellation Policy
During Off-Peak Season, our cancellation policy is 7 days prior to arrival for cabins and 48 hours prior to arrival for motel rooms. This means that if you cancel at least 7 days or 48 hours before your check-in time, you will receive a refund of your one night's deposit. If you cancel within the 7 days or 48 hours, we will keep one night's rent plus tax. During Peak Season, our cancellation policy is 60 days prior to arrival. This means that if you cancel at least 60 days before your check-in date, you will receive a refund of your $1000 deposit, minus a $50 cancellation fee. If the cancellation is made within 30 days and we are able to re-rent the cabin, you will receive a refund of your $1000 deposit, minus a $50 cancellation fee. If we are not able to re-rent the cabin, the $1000 reservation deposit will be not be returned (no additional cancellation fee would be charged

Keys
We charge guests a $5 fee for any lost cabin key or $10 for a lost pontoon key.

Non-Smoking
Our cabin is non-smoking,No Smoking is allowed in the Cabin at any time.

Pets
We do not allow pets of any size or type. There are kennels in Hayward; if you would like information about these, please contact us. If we find a pet or evidence that one has been here during your stay, we will charge a cleaning fee of $500 per cabin .

 includes pontoon .Week is from Saturday to Saturday.Similar cabins rent for up to 2590 at the local Resort.Bypassing Management fees to give Huge Discount Directly to Consumer,Otherwise Could never offer this rate.This is a Good Savings. The 2200 per week rate is available only if Cabin is not Booked.
