The house is situated right on a secluded, pristine, white sand beach that can only be accessed by a few houses and by boat. Everywhere you look is the the sparkling blue and greened hued ocean. A perfect place to get away from it all.

This home is one of the first homes built in Lanikai, and we've kept the original look but updated it. Hardwood Ohia floors, granite counters in kitchen, and new lighting throughout. There are 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. 3 of the rooms have king size beds and one has 2 queen beds, perfect for kids! Choose from 2 decks to sit and enjoy the view, barbeque while looking out at the famous Mokulua islands or just relax in the hot tub overlooking the beautiful water.  This is a very special home in a unique Hawaii location.

Lanikai is a highly sought after subdivision of Kailua. Famous for it's calm, tranquil water, Lanikai beach is great for playing in the water and not having to worry about waves or rough water. It has a little white sand beach. Windsurfing, kite boarding, kayaking, stand-up paddle boarding, snorkeling and such are all popular activities. Shops, day spas, and art galleries are in Kailua along with lots of great restaurants.
