Complete Remodel Oceanfront Shipwatch Villa-Ocean Views-Golf in Kiawah Island

We are excited to announce a full remodel and renovation of our Kiawah villa for 2013 to make it one of the most elegant and comfortable villas on the island. We have spared no expense on the hundred thousand dollar makeover that was lead by one of the top area decorators Shannon Bogan (S. Bogan Designs). The remodel included all phases of the villa to make it one of the premier rentals on the entire island. Some of the features include hardwood flooring, custom cabinets, stone countertops, high end stainless appliances, custom tile walk-in shower and tile floor in the bathroom. All new lighting, faucets, sinks and plumbing hardware were included in the renovation. New furniture and decor has been hand picked by our interior designers. Also the size of the bathroom was enlarged with custom closets added in the bedroom and bathroom. A dining bar area will increase the living space along with flat screen tv's in the villa both with HD CABLE. This remodel will give our guest luxury accommodations to match the wonderful island and ocean views from our oceanfront villa. Please check out the new pictures. The designer, contractor, and property managers are stunned we are renting out such an incredible place, but we want the renters who will enjoy the upgrades and take care of the unit as it were their own.

We are offering for rent our beautifully furnished 1 bedroom, 1 bath Villa on fabulous Kiawah Island. As we are located directly on the beach, there is an ocean view from the deck and part of living room along with gorgeous island views. A boardwalk leads you from our building through the dunes to Kiawah's famous beach. Listen to the peaceful sounds of the ocean waves as you relax in the villa. Our Villa is just a short stroll to Couger Point golf course, West Beach Village tennis center and the Straw Market complete with shops and restaurant. Kiawah's new shopping area, Freshfields Village, is only a 5 minute drive or short bike ride with paved bike paths the entire way there. Here you will find a range of restaurants, grocery store, nightlife, outdoor music, and shopping. Free Wireless Internet in our Villa keeps you up to date via your laptop while on vacation. Also enjoy the 30 miles of bike paths and trails throughout the island with spectacular wildlife and natural habitat

The kitchen is as luxurious as you can find in any high end home. Custom cabinets, counters and backsplash, undercabinet lighting, and high end bosch stainless appliances. New glassware and dishes with all utilities needed.
Living area includes new sleeper sofa, 2 luxurious swivel and rocker chairs for relaxing, flatscreen tv with HD cable and Blueray DVD. A 4 stool bar for dining with pendant lighting overhead.

Bathroom: Custom tile walkin shower, new vanity and bath closet along with custom handmade tile for the floor.

The bedroom boast a kingsize seally posterpedic, wonderful view of island and partial ocean view with all hardwood flooring and flatscreen tv with hd cable. A wonderful retreat to relax in paradise.

Central Air Conditioning, linens and towels provided, alarm clock, telephone, coffee maker, dish washer, microwave, toaster, iron & board, oven, refrigerator with ice-maker, 2 flatscreen tv's, blueray DVD, HD cable TV, CD/radio, balcony with two chairs, parking, hair dryer, sleeper sofa.  Toilet paper, paper towels, trashbags and detergent provided. Washer and dryer in laundry room right across hall is free of charge to use. Wireless internet access for your laptop computer free of charge

Activities: Activities on Kiawah Island are many: hiking, biking, golf, tennis, fishing, wildlife viewing, shopping, swimming, snorkeling/diving, boating, and sailing just to name a few. Kiawah is famous for over 10 miles of wide beaches along with natural habitat and wildlife.

The world famous Santuary Hotel and Spa on Kiawah island is just minutes away from the villa. Enjoy fine or casual dining and an award winning spa in this 5 Star Resort and this resort was voted #1 resort by Golf World Magazine readers.

30 plus miles of paved bicycle paths, 10 miles of wide pristine beach, 5 Championship golf courses including the Ocean Course, site of the 2007 Senior PGA tournament and the 2012 PGA tournament. Night Heron Park offers basketball courts, soccer fields, picnic area, as well as nature center where you can arrange to rent kayaks and canoes.

Area: Kiawah Island is a private gated island located 35 minutes south of historic Charleston, South Carolina. In Charleston you can take a walking or horse drawn carriage tour, visit antique shops, theatres, galleries, museums, and upscale shops. Dining options in Charleston are extensive. Kiawah is about 35 minutes driving time from the Charleston airport. Nearby Seabrook Island offers charter fishing, boat rentals and horseback riding.
