Welcome to our house!!! This gorgeous, tastefully decorated house, about 3 miles to downtown Palm Springs with it's first class shopping and dining. Where you can hike in Indian Canyons, take a tram ride to the top of the San Jacinto Mountains, take a jeep ride out to Joshua Tree National Monument. Shop at the Outlet Mall, visit the Casinos for some nightlife & fun entertainment and all.
The house is over 2200 sqft with all amenities in the complex: 3 swimming pools, 3 jacuzzi and 2 tennis courts. Striking architectural accents, lush tropical landscaping with high ceiling in all the rooms. The master bedroom has KING size bed, a lounge area (den/office) that can be use as 4th bedroom as well as double sink in the master bathroom. The other 2 bedrooms has queen beds and there is also extra blow up matress. New tile floor throughout, new appliances and washer & dryer in the house!!!. Backyard also has deck, fire pit and BBQ gas grill, perfect to just relax and unwind at night!!. This house just been completely remodeled.
