Relax in a beautifully secluded forest setting that is perfect for unwinding after a day enjoying what the local area has to offer.
This cozy 3-bedroom/2-bath home boasts an upstairs entertainment area with a separate large Bedroom and Full Bath. The entrainment area has three couches surrounding a TV, DVD, stereo and a Full Size Competition Air Hockey Table for everyone’s enjoyment!! One of the couches is a convertible queen for an extra sleeping area. The Upstairs Bedroom is roomy and comfortable with a Queen Bed and plenty of storage. Complete with a full size bath, this upstairs area is like renting a separate house!!
Downstairs there are 2 bedrooms with a Queen Bed in each room and lots of storage for your personal belongings. There is a full size bathroom downstairs that is easily accessible for everyone to enjoy. The kitchen is spacious, comfortable and easy to work around. There is a breakfast bar and it looks into the dining and living areas that together host a great open area with lots of setting. A Big 50' Flat screen TV is a perfect match with the warm, wood burning fireplace.
A couple other nice features of this property is the 2 car garage and back deck. The garage has lots of room for storage and provides easy, hassle free access to the house. The large back deck is set in a quiet wooded area of the beautiful Lake Tahoe Basin and is complete with furniture and a BBQ.

It is large and comfortable with 3 couches, a convertible sleeper, entertainment center and a Full Size Competition Air Hockey Table. There is a Full Size Bath that connects to the Bedroom for privacy. It is like getting a separate apartment when you rent this house.
