Enjoy a wonderful Florida vacation in the comfort and convenience of
your own private condominium on one of Florida's safest and most
beautiful beaches. Just a one hour drive from Orlando and all of
its famous attractions. New Smyrna is the closest beach to all the
attractions. Located on the safe non driving section of the beach.
Friendly & affordable, this attractive ocean view condo (Suite 301)
has 1 1/2 bedrooms and sleeps 4 people comfortably. It is located
on the 3rd floor of a friendly, family oriented five-story complex
with 50 units.
The proud owners are constantly redecorating and updating this
bright modern condo to ensure it is ready for your complete comfort
and pleasure. It is air conditioned,fully furnished and equipped to
make your stay a delightfully unforgettable vacation. Elevators and
laundry rooms are provided on each floor.
The fully equipped kitchen features a range, microwave,
refrigerator, dishwasher,coffee maker, blender, mixer and all the
cookware and dinnerware necessary for all your dining needs.
The dining room located just beyond the kitchen provides seating for
four and is accessible through the kitchen pass through. The kitchen
has a dinette with seating for two. The living area includes a sofa
that converts to a queen-size bed, along with a 39" HD flat screen tv with a DVR in the living room, 27" tv in the master bedroom.Both TV's have CD players. There is free wireless internet
service to the unit. We now offer free long distance to the continental US and Canada.
The sliding glass doors open onto the balcony, which overlooks the
pool and provides a wonderful view of the ocean, a perfect place to
read, take a nap or just enjoy the seascape. Enjoy your morning
coffee on one of our lounge chairs and watch the sun come up over
the ocean. Relaxation comes naturally here.
The Master Suite offers a king size bed,(Serta Mattress set) a
spacious walk in closet, and a TV with cable and a VCR. On cool
evenings, you can sleep with the windows open and the ocean waves
lulling you to sleep! The half bedroom has bunk beds,ideally suited
for younger children.
Ten Miles of beautiful white sandy beach are just beyond the pool,
set up for your morning run, or leisurely walks at any time. Play
in the surf, build sand castles or just relax in the sun. Space
shuttle launches, when scheduled, are clearly visible from the
beach. For your safety and protection, a lifeguard station is
located (seasonally) just in front of the condo.
Relax in this privately owned condo with lots of extra touches to
make you feel right at home. One stay and, as we did 38 years ago,
you will want to return year after year

Our complex includes a full-size pool (heated in the winter with a
seasonal wind block), a kiddy pool, a spacious cabana room with
refrigerator for poolside meals, playing card games, reading, or as
a respite from the sun's rays. Gas barbeques are available for
evening cookouts or to prepare your catch of the day. Two
shuffleboard courts await you. The condo contains two "boogie
Boards" and a beach tent for your added enjoyment on the beach.
Directly across the street within easy walking distance are numerous
stores for your convenience including a grocery store, gift shop,
surf shop, hair & nail salon, casual dining, ice cream parlor and
more.

New Smyrna Beach offers a vast array of local attractions,
including: The Scenic Lighthouse at Ponce Inlet, Turtle Mound at
Canaveral National Seashore (a protected bird sanctuary), Historic
Flagler Avenue and Canal Street with their quaint shops, galleries
and restaurants, New Smyrna Beach Flea Market, Antique Shopping
Pavilions, Sugar Mill Ruins and Turnbull Ruins. Horseback riding,
hiking and bike rentals are also available.
The beautiful Inter-coastal Waterway, just minutes away, offers a
great variety of fishing and water sports with ocean access...
snorkeling, diving,water skiing, jet skiing, surfing.(Boat rentals
are available), river cruises, and catamaran sailing.
If you’re a gambler, there are two gambling Cruise Lines offering
free 4 hour cruises twice daily, within easy driving distance from
the condo.
Sea turtle nesting begins in May and continues through September.
Hatching begins in June and continues through October. You can
recognize their nests by roped off sections right on the beach!
In addition to the local sites to see, there are also "more
famous" attractions within an hour’s drive, including Disney
World, Universal Studios, Sea World, Blue Springs (manatee
viewing), Central Florida Zoo, Kennedy Space Center, Daytona
International Speedway, beautiful and historic St. Augustine, (The
oldest city in the USA). These are all easy "day trips" from New
Smyrna Beach.
And don't forget, Central Florida is a golfer's paradise, so come
prepared to tee it up! There are ten golf courses within easy
driving distance.

23rd. It was a perfect moonlit night over the ocean. And

the very least every 2 years. And we would be ecstatic to rent your

$550 per week - $1600 Per Month - $90 Per Night, (Only off-season,
Minimum 4 Nights)
All rentals are from Saturday to Saturday unless special
arrangements are made. All rentals are subject to 12.5% resort tax &
$75 cleaning fee.
Advance reservations are required, along with a $400
reservation/damage deposit. (Refunded within 30 days after
departure) Credit Cards are accepted. In-Season holiday week-ends
require minimum 1 week rental.
