All our rentals are fully licensed in Austin.  If you have a large group or want separate living accommodations we have several different sized rental homes in the area, so we can always accommodate your group!

Gorgeous home built in 1933 but completely remodeled in 2012 from the ground up.  The home has 2 bedrooms with 1 queen bed in each room, and also features a beautiful and peaceful sunporch.  It has newly refinished hardwood flooring throughout the entire home, as well as new granite counters and cabinets in the kitchen, new stainless steel appliances, and all new bathroom with new vanity, glass tile, tile floors, faucets, fixtures, & lights.  The home is 850 sqft, but feels larger thanks to the open floor plan.  There is a front loading washer/dryer in the home, ceiling fans throughout, a covered patio, and a fenced yard.  The home is located within a few blocks of the intersection of Lamar Blvd & 2222, and is within walking distance of the Crestview Rail Station which will take you downtown in minutes!  There are also several restaurants within a very short walking distance.

The home comes stocked with fresh linens, large bath towels, hand towels, wash clothes, toilet paper, paper towels, soaps, tissues, etc... The kitchen has a toaster, blender, and coffee pot. The kitchen also has plenty of cooking and baking items including pots, pans, cooking utensils, glasses, dishes, bowls, plates, silverware, cutting boards, knives, baking sheets, and everything else you might need in the kitchen!

There is a full size front loading washer and dryer in the laundry room.  The home is stocked with detergent, laundry basket, cleaning supplies, ironing board, iron, and more.

The living room has a 40" flat screen TV, blu-ray player, wireless internet, as well as books, games, and dvds!

The home is located in the Austin subdivision of Crestview/Brentwood - just a couple blocks off the intersection of Lama Blvd & 2222. This is about 4.5 miles from downtown Austin - just a block from the bus stop, a cheap cab ride, a walk to Crestview Station, or a short drive! Looking for activities or your nearby destination? • Normal Rates: $125 weekday nights, $175 for weekend nights.  Weekend rates apply to Thursday-Sunday nights; Weekday rates apply to Monday-Wednesday nights.
• $895 weekly rate, $2995 monthly rate discount
• Higher rates apply for SXSW, F1, and holidays. Please inquire for details.
  SXSW Rates: 3-6 night minimum, $250-395 per night, depending on date
  Formula 1 Rates:  5 night minimum, $595/night or $3500 for the week
• Payment by credit card or bank transfer.
  $75 cleaning fee.  15% lodging tax for stays under 30 days.
  $250 Refundable Damage Deposit, due at booking to reserve house; final payment due 60 days prior to check in (full payment due at booking for holidays)
• No pets allowed
• 4 adult maximum allowed in home, with 5 total people max
• Check in at 4pm, check out at 11am but may vary depending on dates.
