Pineapple Palms 3, is our newest 8 bedroom luxury villa! It faces Ocean Blvd It is across the street from our beautiful beach. It is extremely spacious (about 4000 sq. ft.) with a huge kitchen, dining, and living area. There are 2 large living areas each with a new 55 inch Sony TV and blue ray DVD players and cable boxs. Each bedroom also has a flat screen tv and dvd players. We also provide a secure high speed internet service for you.
There are 2 king bedrooms downstairs. One is the master with a large bathroom. The other king bedroom also has full bath.
Upstairs there is another huge living area. There are 4 king bedrooms upstairs and 2 bedrooms each with 2 sets of bunk beds. There is a full size portable crib too. There are 3 full baths upstairs. We provide linens, cleaning, beach towels and chairs, a beach cart and wagon, and any baby items that are needed. We provide excellent service.
The villa is located in North Myrtle Beach which is very family friendly. You are allowed to rent golf carts here and can drive them all over this area. We own 2 villa's in our building and they are identical. The villa is close to everything you could possibly want to do. There is so much to do here.
We personally own and manage all 4 of our properties and live a block away so we are able to take excellent care of them. I have wonderful peole who clean them. I do not use a cleaning service but people I personally know. We keep all our properties very clean and in great condition so you can come and relax and not worry about anything.
