Centrally located in the Lake Montezuma/Rimrock area - just 1 1/2 hours north of the Phoenix area; 20 minutes east of Sedona; 45 minutes south of Flagstaff; 2 hours south of the Grand Canyon; and 45 minutes to the historic town of Jerome - close to everything, but located in a small, cozy town.

Home has a fully equipped kitchen (stainless steel appliances), including microwave, range, dishwasher, side by side refrigerator/freezer, and granite countertops. Accent lighting features include: pot-shelf lighting throughout home, upper cabinet lighting and under cabinet halogen lights plus recessed lighting throughout home. The kitchen also offers an oversized island and bar stools. Additional features include a washer and dryer and a gas fireplace.

The master bedroom has a king size bed; the master bath has a jacuzzi tub with a large walk-in separate shower with dual shower heads. Each of the other 2 bedrooms has a queen size bed. Lots of closet space. All linens are included. There is a TV with cable and DVD/VCR.

Also, the back porch is a huge 400 square foot covered patio with two ceiling fans and BBQ.

Hiking trails, biking, Beaver Creek, fishing, birdwatching areas, horseback riding, bowling, Cliff Castle Casino, Fort Verde State Park, and Montezuma National Castle Indian ruins and Montezuma Well.  "Pasture Golf" is just down the hill at Beaver Creek Ranch House.

$150.00 per night, two night minimum; price may vary during holidays.
$775.00 per week; price may vary during holidays.
$1200.00 per month, plus utilities (power, water, gas and cable).
$100.00 cleaning fee. $300 refundable (if house is left as you found it) security deposit required.
50% deposit required to book home.
Full Balance will be due 30 days prior to arrival.
There will be a $25.00 charge for any returned check.
