guest room balcony or enjoy cocktails or a romantic dinner for two on the main balcony off the living/dining area (with 2 sliding doors).

Furnishings include rattan and cottage style with textiles of
seashells and palm trees. When not enjoying the seaside air, beach,
clubhouse or area amenities; enjoy one of three flat screen HDTVs (19"
in the master bedroom, 15" in the Queen guest bedroom and a 32" in the living room).  Wireless internet in the unit as well as wireless internet hotspots at both clubhouses.

The unit is a short walk across the street to the beach and your choice of two clubhouses/pools. Ocean Walk is a private, gated community with many amenities including tennis courts w/lights for night-time play, shuffle board, bocce ball, basketball, a putting green, wireless internet in the unit (as of 12/1/09) and at both clubhouses and two state-of-the-art work out facilities.  Equipment can be borrowed from the second clubhouse with proper ID.

New Smyrna is the closest beach to all the Orlando attractions (75 min. to Disney), Daytona (20 min.) and Cape Canaveral / Kennedy Space Center (60 min.).

Our building has covered parking for one car plus additional parking just outside.  There is an elevator from the parking garage to each floor.  Additional amenities include a portable infant crib and booster seat (can be attached to a chair to work like a highchair).   Equipment for tennis, bocce ball and shuffle board as well as beach chairs and boogie boards can be loaned from the clubhouse with proper ID.
