vacation rental description
This two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo has been completely remodeled and has fabulous views of the ocean and the harbor. There is a 47-inch television in the living room, with DVD and DVR along with tvs in each bedroom. Two recliners and a comfortable couch (new sleeper sofa in March, 2013) make it a great place to relax. The kitchen has granite counterstops and new appliances. The master bathroom is also luxurious, complete with rain showerhead. All new mattresses were put in during 2012. You can see the ocean from our balcony and roof-top patio. We have a gas grill and patio furniture on the balconies so you can eat dinner while enjoying the view!

North Coast Village is a gated beachfront community with tropical landscaping. You'll have use of the two pools (heated year-round), hot tub, putting green, pool table, ping-pong table, foosball, weight room, sauna, and locker rooms. You'll enjoy strolling through our beautiful, tropical grounds filled with creeks, waterfalls, and koi ponds. Oceanside Beach is right outside the gate! The condo comes with one reserved, secure parking spot.
activities and attractions in Oceanside San Diego Area
Just a short stroll north of the complex is Oceanside Harbor, with shops and restaurants. To the south you will find the boardwalk and pier. The beach is family-friendly, perfect for the kids!
Legoland is less than ten miles away. San Diego with the Zoo, Sea World, and Balboa Park are about a half-hour away. If you'd like to drive a little farther, you can be in Los Angeles and Disneyland within an hour.
