- November 2nd, 2013 - March 1st, 2014 - $500/week (holiday weeks + $250)
- $75/pet fee required, (2) pets maximum
- $100/week non-refundable cleaning fee required
- $300/week refundable security deposit required
- Additional $100/week refundable security deposit required for pets
