play? ........well...maybe it's time to plan a beach vacation in
Corolla, North Carolina. If your thinking about it, then look
further and treat your family to one of the better things that life
has to offer......some sand in between your toes and a cool drink in
your hand does wonders for your spirit!

If you have never been here, you are missing the experience of a
truly fabulous vacation destination area with numerous options for
your enjoyment. The Outer Banks offer some of the best year round
blue water fishing in the world, with the Gulf Stream as close as 8
miles off shore from Hatteras Inlet and within about 20 miles of
Oregon Inlet. This is about a 50 minute car ride to the Oregon Inlet
fishing Center (check out their web site for up to date fish reports)
and another 30 minutes further to Hatteras Harbor Marina (they also
have updated fish reports on their web site). 

If golf is your passion, there are plenty of area courses to play,
including "The Currituck Club", which is across the main road on the
Sound Side. Golf Digest has rated the Currituck Club as "One of
the Best Places to Play".

If golf is not your passion you can hang out on our secluded pristine private beach and watch the common sight of dolphins and pelicans. During the summer months a life guard is posted on our beach in the area near the front of our beach access walkway. USA Today described the Currituck beaches around Corolla as "one of the best undiscovered beaches on the East Coast." There are wild Spanish Mustangs that roam the remote beach area between Corolla and the Virginia state line. A 4-wheel drive vehicle or one of the local tour operators should be able to put you within sight of these beautiful creatures. In addition there are various types of kayak tours, the Wright Brothers Memorial, para-sailing, jet skiing, hang gliding, guided 4 Wheel Drive Trips into the remote area north of Corolla, dolphin watching cruises, great surfing and some of the best windsurfing on the east coast. You should be able to obtain more information for these activities on the web.

Our beautiful condo is available for family rentals and must be treated with diligent care and respect during your stay. We pride ourselves on service, integrity and assisting you with making your significant family vacations a reality.

All Rental Periods are within a Sat (arrive 4 PM) - Sat (Depart 10AM) between Apr 1st - Oct 5. Flexible rental periods begin October 5th. Early check-ins are available! -A VERY POPULAR TOOL TO ASSIST YOU WITH BEATING THE TRAFFIC, MINIMIZING YOUR STRESS AND GETTING MORE HOURS OF BEACH TIME. -This would be a 1 PM check in, earlier if possible. Otherwise check-in is at 4 PM. Late check-outs are available, which would permit a check-out by 12 pm. Otherwise check-out is by 10 AM. See additonal Charges below**

Start Date - End Date - **Weekly Rates and Daily Rates do not include clean/admin fee ($125 per reservation) or local and state tax (12.75%). A $500 security deposit, which is refundable must be added to the previous fees. Early check in and late check out when possible.

WHEN COMPARED TO OUR CONSISTENT SOLD OUT PEEK SEASON WEEKLY RATES OF $1525, YOU CAN SEE THE OFF-SEASON DISCOUNTED RATES ARE TREMENDOUS.  Honestly, if you want to secure a week with us, book as soon as possible. Demand far exceeds available weeks and we sell out early every year. You can't beat what we provide and many families know it!

**Security Deposit, which is refundable, is $500

**Cleaning/Administrative Fee is $125

We occasionally offer special deals for specific time periods and they are clearly stated on the upper area of this webpage. What is stated is specific and applies to the dates that are indicated.

"SHORT STAYS" / DAILY RATE FOOTNOTE: Off Season Daily Rate start at $110 per night, with a 3 night minimum. A daily rate is only available off season, unless stated otherwise. "SHORT STAYS" will be available from Oct 17th - May 17th. Please inquire with the owner about availability. Payment policies for "SHORT STAYS" are the same as weekly stays (please review the below footnote). If you would like any other info please let us know, but do not request things that are outside the policies and procedures already indicated here. Thank you.

"SHORT STAYS" & WEEKLY RATE FOOTNOTE (PAYMENT POLICIES): For rentals you have 8 days to make your deposit payment (50% of the rental). A signed lease agreement must accompany all payments. Leases can be faxed or emailed to expedite this procedure. Failure to receive the deposit and signed lease agreement within the specified time periods will result in cancellation of your reservation until these obligations are fulfilled. The balance of all payments must be receivd by us no later than 45 days before your arrival date.

If your desired reservation is less than 35 days away, payment must be by certified bank check.

These policies are consistent with those used by all resort management companies on the Outer Banks.
