Our Victorian Flat is available by the week or by the month, or night.
Weekly rate is charged for stays less than 30 days.
A cleaning fee of $225.
$500 refundable security deposit.
A 50% deposit is required to hold the reservation. The deposit is refundable up to 30 days in advance of the reservation and then becomes non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
Full payment is required by 30 days prior to start of reservation and can be paid via wire transfer or check.
$100 processing fee will be charged to any credit card cancellations.
Damage deposit returned by U.S. check.
