Oceanfront corner condo with spacious wrap-around balcony at
SeaWatch Resort! Master bedroom has king-sized bed and sliding doors
opening to the wrap-around balcony. Second bedroom has two double
beds.

Living Room has a queen-sized sofa bed, wonderful views from two
living room windows and sliding doors to the oceanfront balcony.
Kitchen is fully equipped w/microwave, full refrigerator w/icemaker,
dishwasher, range, & garbage disposal; all dishes and utensils;
toaster, blender, everything you will need; Washer and Dryer inside
the condo; Three TVs, two DVD players, free wireless internet! 

UPDATES TO OUR CONDO: We NOW have a new 42 inch flatscreen TV in the living room, a smaller flatscreen in the Master Bedroom, and the 25 inch TV has been moved to the Guest (second)bedroom.  UPDATES COMING SOON include a new queen sleeper sofa, two new comfortable living room chairs, new coffee table, new end tables, and two new lamps, which will all be delivered and in place on or before June 20, 2012. DVD players in living room and guest room. 

SeaWatch is located on the most breathtaking stretch of white
sandy beach on the entire Grand Strand. It is on the nicer, quieter
part of the beach, located between Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle
Beach, convenient to Restaurant Row, Barefoot Landing, the new Bass
Pro Shop, and much more.

The resort is kept in pristine condition and is lushly landscaped.
It is a family friendly atmosphere and attacts families & people

Rentals are weekly, Saturdays to Saturdays during summer months with exceptions and shorter stays considered in early June and late August.  Three night minimum rentals may be considered during fall, winter, and early spring. 

Rates include departure cleaning, linens, use of all amenities at SeaWatch Resort (both towers), wireless internet, covered parking & local phone calls.

Four and Five Night Rentals may be available - Inquire!

Monthly rentals may be available November thru March. Inquire early, because I do offer these months weekly as well. If a weekly rental is booked, then the month will not be available.
