The luxuriously furnished villa has 4 bedrooms (2 en-suite
master bedroom), 3 bathrooms and an over-sized private screened
heated pool and a SPA.  There is no home in
the back yard. It will comfortably accommodate up to 10 people. It
will be fully air conditioned throughout and will have everything you
need to provide the freedom and versatility you want on your holiday.

We just updated 42' HDTV to the house. Picture will be updated soon. Cable TV, DVD, VCR, radio/CD player, Game Cube with small selection
of games, movies and books in living area. Pool table, Gas BBQ and
Game tables.
High speed internet, fully-equipped kitchen.

Our private pool has been extended to give you extra
enjoyment. There is also an SPA nfor the ultimate in relaxation.
It is fully screened to keep the bugs out but allows the sunshine in.
The east facing proximity of the pool and deck area guarantees
Florida sunshine throughout the day for 12 months of the year. The
stunning extended deck is one of the largest offered by any house-
builder in the region. Patio furniture is provided. The pool
also comes fitted with a child safety fence.

4 BEDROOMS:
There is cable TV in each bedroom and a telephone in each master
bedroom. Radio Alarms are provided in three of the bedrooms.

-- 1 master bedroom with queen bed (en-suite)
-- Two twin bedrooms (each with two twin beds) sharing a
bathroom.

3 BATHROOMS:
Hairdryers will be supplied in all bathrooms. All bed linen and
towels are provided. But we would ask our guests to bring their own
beach towels.

Rentals of less than 7 days may be subject to a cleaning charge of
£50/$90 (depends on the availability)
