Guest studio has its own full bath. Ideal for couples on vacation or
families traveling
with grandparents. Home is located on the West shore of Cayuga in the
widest part of the
lake. It can easily accommodate 6 - 8 people.

Knotty pine interior and wood stove make a relaxing environment for
your time away. Located in the middle of the Cayuga Wine trail. It is
30 miles north
of Ithaca and 12 miles from Seneca Falls.

Home has great-room with sitting area around a wood stove, and another
sitting area facing a bay window over looking the lake. Inside the
house there
also is a dining area, fully equipped kitchen, two half-baths, and one
full bathroom.

135 feet of beach-front, and 1.5 grass acre yard.

$1300/week or $350 per night, 2-night minimum ($1200 for Memorial Weekend & 3 night minumum for Columbus Weekend))

$250 refundable security deposit ($400 w/ pets)

A deposit of 1/2 payment is required to hold reservation. The balance,
plus security
deposit, is due two weeks prior to start date. Security deposit
refunded within 30 days
pending phone charges, damages or excessive cleaning.

This is a housekeeping rental. Cleaning supplies are there for your
use. Please leave house in the same condition as when you arrived.

Bring your own bed linens and towels. Blankets, pillows and
dishtowels are provided. (For an additional fee - linens and towels can
be provided. Let us know.)

No refunds unless the period can be re-booked.
