This is a constantly updated, wonderful cottage by the sea. The beach is just 50 steps from the front door. You can hear the waves crash and catch peak Gulf views from each unit or relax by the pool, listening to a flock of parrots, native to Anna Maria island.
Dive and fish on one of Florida's near-shore limestone and coral reefs, Spanish Rocks, just 200 yards from the beach access.
Island-wide trolley stop, restaurants, Wallgreens/CVS, grocery (Publix) and even a recently-created city nature preserve are all within 1-3 blocks from the unit.
We have paid attention to every detail when pulling together the interiors of this rental. We have created two very special places to be. The west unit has a very tropical/beachy feel. The rooms are bathed in yellows, blues, and greens. The feeling is fresh and relaxing. The east unit has a romantic, beach cottage charm. Tans and whites rule the color scheme here. The feeling is crisp and clean. Each unit is appointed with new appliances, large flat-screen TVs, cabinets, furniture, and linens. Each unit also enjoys a patio with outdoor seating. Just perfect for sipping a cold beverage and enjoying a beautiful sunset.
