NOTE: The rental is offered to one group at a time as a 5bdrm or (6bdrm beg. May 2011) 2500 to 3400 sq ft. on 2 & 3 levels depending on the amount of rooms reserved. Chairlift for handicap accessible to 2nd floor from the 2nd set of stairs. You can see all of historic Cliff Walk and the Atlantic Ocean from various advantage points.
Decor is charming cottage style with coastal accents and light colors for an authentic beach feel.
400 sq ft furnished covered porch has views to Renfrew Park and peeks of the Atlantic Ocean and a comfortable spot to enjoy morning coffee, cocktails at sunset or just kickback and listen to the ocean waves.
Sideyard off the kitchen has a gas bbq grill and patio area perfect for entertaining. Incs and area to hose off the kids & beach stuff.
2nd floor, 120 sq ft. balcony has comfy bench seating to hang out for lively conversation.
Spacious backyard to play horseshoes, badmitton & volleyball
Bali bed tucked into the corner of the backyard is a cozy spot for a quiet chat or afternoon nap.
Use the common grassy park (one acre) in front of the house for frisbee toss, catch & flying kites.
