The Surf Beach Resort is located right in the center of the incredible beaches of Treasure Island. Opened in 2005, the resort is one of the newest and well appointed locations on the island. With only 30 rooms in the building, you will feel the special peacefulness that can only come from a building of this caliber.

You'll feel right at home in this very private and well furnished two bedroom condo. The master bedroom leads out to the private balcony, giving you an totally unobstructed view of the beach and the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. The master suite includes a very comfortable queen size bed and private bath, with shower/tub. The second bedroom also boasts an upgraded and comfortable Queen size bed, and shares a full bathroom with the living area. There's room for two more guests in the living room with a queen size fold out couch. The full kitchen is upgraded with granite counter tops, full size stove and oven, refrigerator and all the appliances you should need. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, kitchenware, dinnerware, and cooking utensils. Inside the condo, there is a full size washer and dryer.

In the living room, there is a new large flat-screen TV, DVD player, with plenty of seating and dining area for four. The condo includes beach chairs, some beach toys, free WiFi internet service, use of the gas outdoor BBQ grills, and reserved parking. In the pool area, there is a large heated swimming pool and spa, expanded lounging area, and picnic area for dining. The large balcony is directly off the living room.

If you need to keep an eye on the kids in the pool, you can easily watch from the balcony while you relax. You'll get a front row seat to watch the dolphins play, and each evening, get a perfect view of one of the world's most spectacular sunsets.
