New House on Lake Hartwell in Lake Hartwell

This is a brand new house that was finished on April 1, 2006.
The house has been built and designed for guests at the lake. It is
a 4 bedroom home with a detached gameroom 50' from the house. The
top floor has 2 bedrooms; both with queen size beds. The bathroom
has a jaccuzzi tub that looks out over the lake.

The main level has hardwood floors, an open kitchen area, and a
large 8 person table that over looks the lake.

There are 2 additional bedrooms at the terrace level along with a
television room with couches.

The house has 2.5 bathrooms

The house lot is located on a point which means that there is over
400' of beach area.

Our brand new 40'x 28' dock was just installed on 7-17-06. This has
been described as the "just awesome!". You should be able to tell
by the pictures.

We are currently taking reservations.

Cable, Phone, Central a/c, DVD, Stereo, full kitchen, Microwave,
Dishwasher, Refrigerator, Cooking utensils provided, Linens, Jetted
tub, Gas Grill, No Smoking.

Swimming, hiking, boating, water-skiing, fishing, horseback ridding,
shopping, and sailing.

Peak rates are from May 1 to Oct. 1:
1200.00 for Memorial or Labor Day weekend
1800.00 for week rate
2000.00 for 4th of July week
$125 cleaning fee required; pet deposit required
