the Pinetop Country Club??? This location is superior for a few
reasons: 1)convenience and easier
access to stores, restaurants, entertainment, only 1 minute to
Safeway verses up to 20 minutes each
way if in the Club. 2) Walking distance to movies, several
restaurants 3) Seclusion on the 1
acre, privacy from neighbors 4) Heavily treed lot with family of
deer roaming our yard. 5) Saves you
driving time to get to your destination and avoid the Club traffic!
Remodeled in 2000, offering
1800 square feet. Luxurious and clean!!The 2 bedrooms + Loft, 2 full
baths and dining room were
added featuring hardwood floors/slate. Loft is 3rd bedroom and 1/2
half bath in full sized
laundry room. Each bedroom has a king sized bed, queen bed plus 2
twins in loft. Everything is
provided and included for your comfort from sheets, full kitchen,
use of washer/dryer, towels,
blankets, etc. Just bring your toothbrush and feel right at home.

log walls / vaulted ceilings, real hardwood and slate floors. Master
suite boasts slate dual headed
walk in shower, wall fountain. Second full bath offers antique tub with shower. Third restroom in laundry room. Ceiling fan and TVs in bedrooms. Huge
wood burning fireplace, 3
skylights,comfortable and luxurious furniture and decor. Cabin newly
redecorated in 2007. This is
our 2nd home which we prefer to rent to a select group who wish to
cherish it as if were their own.

Free cable and wireless high speed internet. 50" HDTV with DVR and Apple TV in the family room.  TV's in both bedrooms, Trunk full of 25+ board games, TV and XBox with over 30 games and bean bag chairs in the loft. Two leather reclining sofas, Library with 50+ books, writing desk. Some toiletries and condiments included for your convenience because it is our 2nd home too.  Baby's amenities to be used include vintage wood high chair, monitor, wood rocking chair, Graco playpen and umbrella stroller with sunshade.
Cozy dining room with coffee bar station (espresso machine),
blender, toaster. Dining room table
seats 6-8. Fully loaded kitchen with all dishes, glassware,
flatware, pots etc included plus the fun stuff like waffle maker, crock pot, George Forman grill, outdoor grill, fondue pot, baking needs,etc.

race track, miniature golf,
bowling. Hiking, biking, horseback riding, fishing, rock climbing,
basketball, fitness center/gym,

listening to old records,

Off Peak: Sept. 8-Nov. 20, April 1-May 23  $135/night (Sun,Mon,Tues,Wed,Thurs), $165/night(Fri,Sat)

Peak:  May 24-Sept. 7, Nov. 21-Mar 31  $175/night (Sun,Mon,Tues,Wed,Thurs), $215/night (Fri,Sat)

Week Rate: Off peak- $850/week for 7 nights.  Peak - $1200.

Monthly Rate: Off peak - $3000, Peak - $4500.

Holiday Rates: $250-$350 - 3 night min stay.

$90 Cleaning Fee, 3% paypal fee and Refundable $250. deposit required on all reservations.

Pet fee is $25/day per dog or max $100/week per dog.

Refundable deposit for damage will be refunded within 7 days of departure.
