Spacious, bright and sunny newer home located within walking distance to pristine Narrow River and less than 2 miles to the town beach. Just a short
bike-ride away! Our home features central a/c, 4 bedrooms (2 with
queen beds & 2 with full beds),the lower level bedroom also has a
full size futon, ceiling fans in upstairs bedrooms and dining area.
There are 2 full size tiled baths and one half bath in the upstairs
master bedroom, a large and fully applianced kitchen, a large family
room that has 2 comfy sofas and is open to the dining area with
sliders to a deck with a gas grill and patio furniture. You will
find this home to be immaculate, roomy and very comfortable. Nice
backyard with an additonal patio set/umbrella for outdoor
entertaining and a chiminea for toasting marshmallows or to warm up
by on those cool summer evenings. Plenty of parking! The perfect
setting for a peaceful summer getaway!

Fully furnished,central air conditioning, wireless internect, digital
cable tv with free
HBO/Cinemax ,dvd, full size washer & dryer, microwave, vacuum
cleaner, iron & ironing board,
fully applianced kitchen including: microwave, dishwasher, blender,
lobster pot, you name it, we
have it! Quilts and pillows are provided. We ask that our guests
bring their own bed linens and
towels (they can be provided for an additional fee) We also offer
many convenience items that other
rentals do not: 4 Beach chairs, large beach blanket, beach towels, a
cooler on wheels, 2 beach
umbrellas, and sand toys and much more! We also have 4adult size
bicycles (in working order) for
you to use. 4 adult Town Beach passes to the town beach

Narrow River (walking distance) offers kayaking, canoeing, fishing
and much more! An ice cream / country store is located across the
street from the kayaking center. The John H. Chafee National
Wildlife Refuge is also within walking distance. We are less than 2
miles from the town beach and the historic Pier area. Many State
beaches are a short car ride away. Jamestown,Newport and Wickford
Villages are just minutes away. There is a wide array of public
golf courses near by. Narrgansett has many pulic tennis courts and
ball fields. Adventure Land, less than 5 minutes away, offers mini-
golf, batting cages and go-carts. You will also find movie
theaters, fine and casual dining, fishing or dive charters, whale
watches and scenic boat rides. Ferry service to the islands,
including Martha's Vineyard and Block Island, is also near by. The
city of Providence is approx. 30 minutes away while Foxwoods and
Mohegan Sun Casinos are about 45 minutes. Amtrak service is
conveniently located in Kingston, about 10 minutes from
your door.

June 14 through June 28 & August 23  thru Aug. 30th:  $1,300/7 nights
June 28 thru Aug. 23rd:  $1550.00/7 nights (discount offered for multiple week bookings)

Check in/out day is Friday! (miss the traffic, enjoy a full weekend of fun, coming for a Saturday wedding -no problem!)
