Four roomy bedrooms plus a loft (tiki room) and three bathrooms make
this one of the largest townhouses in Fenwick Island. Located on the
oceanside of Ocean Highway on Maryland Avenue, only 100 yards, 1 Block, from the best beach on the east coast.
Enjoy the Quiet Coast with all the family - friendly amenities that
Fenwick Island has to offer. This well built three level townhouse
has plenty of room for your entire family with sun spashed decks off
the family room,master bedroom and tiki room. The deck off the tiki
room has ocean and bay views with outdoor speakers and lighting.
Access to large side yard with privacy fence for picnicing and pets. Sleeps 10
easily, special one of a kind Bed in a Bar and fold out sofa bed in
the tiki room top
level.
Three Queens, Single and double with trundle in kids room, Two Queen
hide-away-beds.

If you have been going on beach vacations your whole life, you'll
love the fact that we have a huge outdoor shower and each floor
above has it's own hot water heater.
Washer/Dryer - full size, air conditioning, ceiling fans
throughout,downstairs grotto with gas grill,rocking chairs and authentic rattan sofa and chair with ottaman that survived Pearl Harbour. We now have a Stair Glide Chair for those who may need help getting from the ground floor to the main floor.
Four Sun decks
WiFi throughout, high speed DSL,VCRs, DVDs, Cable TVs,Play Station
and entertainment library along with plenty of beach reading
Fully Equipped Kitchen - Refridgerator-Icemaker, new dishwasher,
microwave, toaster, blenders, garbage disposal, filtered water. Our guest said to add that we have everything that they have at home, pots, pans, dishes, bowls, utensils etc!

First things first. The beach is huge, no sitting on top of your
neighbor or strangers...clean and patrolled diligently by our own
Fenwick Island Life Guards.
The unigue thing about Fenwick Island is that it truely is a walk or bike
around community.
Plenty of restaurants - the new Just Hooked, Fenwick Island Crabhouse, Bahama Mama's,
Charlie's Bayside,Dirty Harry's, Oceanside subs and pizzas,
Nantucket's and drop by and see our friend Gabbi at Mancini's. Candy Kitchen, Duncan Donuts and Fisher's Popcorn are an aromatic distractions that are hard to
avoid.
Plenty of local activities open year round. Putt putt golf, Thunder Lagoon Waterpark, Kenny's Fenwick Island Surf Shop, Jay's FI Bike Shop, Book Store, FI Fishing & Bait Shop and Liquor store are on the corner adjacent to townhouse and all under the watchful beam of light from the historic Fenwick Island Lighthouse.

In Season June- August $2,500 - $2,975 week
Off- Season Jan - March $1,400 - $2,000 Week
April - May $1,600 - $2,350 week
Sept - Dec $1,600 - $2,500 week
We use the Vacation Rentals-Renter's Insurance thru CSA, that protects you as well as our unit. Rather than pay a $250 deposit fee we charge only $59 and you get $5,000 in damage protection
Payments - Half is due with Insurance upon signing of the lease. The balance is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival.
Checks only, no credit cards.
Please check availability calendar before contacting us. We rent to families only. During June - August we only rent by the week. We do not rent to students. Sorry no smokers.
