We are completely wheel chair accessible and perfect for invalid and
elderly. All hard surface flooring, oversized doors, walk-in shower
and the pool is walk-in beach entry.

Rates are $389-$595 per night based on  28 nights

Rates are negotiable depending on your length of stay and number in your group.

$300 non-refundable exit cleaning - fully refundable damage/security deposit required 10 days prior to arrival and returned 7-10 days after departure.

Heating of the pool/hot tub is available at an extra charge. The
pool/hot tub heater has a separate gas meter and you are charged
only for the actual amount of gas/electric used.

Unlike the majority of vacation homes found on the internet, you are
dealing directly with the actual Owner of this property and not an
Agency. We personally own and manage this home and respond quickly to
your emails and phone calls.

Although the pictures show my home very well, I can guarantee you
upon your arrival my home will far exceed your anticipated
expectations and you will be absolutely overwhelmed with the massive
1700 sq. ft. Kitchen/Dinning/Great Room, with the beauty, warmth,
romantic atmosphere and "pride of ownership" this property
projects!!!
