One of the best locations and comdominum complexes in the whole Grand Stand!  Come enjoy the well kept and owner advertised Crescent Shores 1608 and we'll make sure that you'll be glad you did.  This very nice 1834 (under roof) square foot oceanfront condominium in one of North Myrtle Beach's best and most luxurious condominium complexes has an absolutely beautiful view of the North Myrtle Beach coastline from the 27 foot oceanfront balcony w/6 chairs and a table. Come vacation in one of NMB's best vacation resorts and condos, located in the Crescent Beach Section of North Myrtle Beach.

The condo has 1 king bed, 4 queen beds  with carpet in the bedrooms and large tile floors elsewhere. It has 3 nice large bathrooms with plenty of granite covered cabinet space and a very nice and well equipped kitchen. Crescent Shores has 1 floor of parking underneath the building and it has a very nice 9 story parking garage across the street and has 24 hour security. The south tower has 3 large and quick elevators with a generator power back-up system.

This condo is owned by a long time vacationer of the Grand Strand area and we still vacation there multiple times each year. We've played all of the area golf courses and the family has tested most of the amusements, theatres, and mini golf and 100's of the 1000's of restaurants in the area. Crescent Shores has convenient access from Hwy. 17 to Ocean Blvd. via 17th Avenue S. It's located near (less than 50 yds.) a nice beachwear store and Molly Darcy's Oceanfront Bar and Grill, Mr. G's Ice Cream and Grill, Cabana  Mart convenience store and a handicap beach access ramp over the dunes is next door. There are nice and well kept ground floor restrooms available near the pool. Crescent Shores is convenient to the Grand Strand's popular things to do. Ask about rentals of cribs, high chairs, wheelchairs, coolers, umbrella and beach chair rentals, bike rentals and more; we'll be glad to help.  We have several maps and more pictures available and we're glad to help where we can.  Our caretakers office is 4 blocks away and they are open 7 days a week.

We accept families and responsible adults only and allow no pets or smoking in our condo. Motorcycles and trailers are not allowed on the Crescent Shores premises. We have detailed Policy Pages which is also part of our Rental Agreement pages. 3 night minimum stays in the off season. Linens and post stay clean are inc. in pricing; linens must stay in condo; bring pool and beach towels. Until confirmed, rates are subject  to change without notice. Unless specified otherwise; all rates are subject to state,city, county and accommodation taxes (12%).  Absolutely no pets or smoking!!

Myrtle Beach Watersports has parasail and banana boat rides taking off right beside our condo building.
