Villa Grubbs at Oceanside Village with Golf Cart in Surfside Beach

Our home is approximately 1,200 square feet and is located in
Surfside Beach, Oceanside Village, a gated community located just 15
minutes south of Myrtle Beach, with 24-hour security. Our home is
located within easy walking distance to the ocean, with an
oceanfront restaurant The Conch Café nearby. Beachfront, private
parking with restrooms and showers is available. An outdoor pool is
just around the corner, with several stocked freshwater lakes and
many other attractions within walking distance. We have a no smoking
policy in our home, and pets are not allowed.

Our home is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath, featuring a large living area,
kitchen, dining room/family room opening to a spacious screened
porch with adequate seating for relaxing or dining. Features
include:central air conditioning, dishwasher, a 46 inch big screen TV in the living room and cable in both bedrooms as well, Queen sleeper sofa, VCR,DVD,  Kitchen island plus bar with four
stools, dining room table that seats 4, cookware, microwave,
utensils, dishes, full size washer and dryer, coffee pot, iron and
ironing board, electric can opener, toaster and almost anything else
you will need to enjoy your stay. We even have a gas grill outside for your grilling enjoyment.You will only need to bring sheets, towels, soap and shampoo .                                                                                                      There is a linen package available (sheets for the beds and sleeper sofa)
upon request, for a nominal fee of 35.00. There is ample parking for 2 cars,
with covered spaces. We do ask that you keep our home as clean
as you would have expected upon your arrival. The house must be cleaned and sanitized upon your departure.We require a refundable cleaning/security deposit of $150. We offer cleaning services for an additional fee, if you so choose.

Our beachside community is very family-oriented. Indoor and outdoor
swimming pools, A new kiddie pool with a lounging pool for the parents, a lighted tennis court, sand
volleyball court, basketball court, baseball diamond, playgrounds,
biking, and fishing are within the community. A new workout facility
is also avaliable for a small fee. An amusment park, water parks,
golf courses, or most any other attraction can be found nearby,
outside the community. Including outstanding dining and
entertainment options.

March 31 through April 27 Golf cart included $575.00 per week 
April 27th through June1 Golf cart included $556.00 per week 

June 1 through August 24 Golf cart included $956.00 per week
August 24 through Sept.14 Golf cart included 750.00 per week 
Sept.14 through Oct.5 Golf cart included $625.00 per week
Oct.5 through Dec.31 Golf cart included &525.00 per week
*Bike Week,and Week of July 4th,
are $100.00 extra *
Reservations are made only upon receipt of the $150.00
Cleaning/Security deposit. 50% of Full Payment must be received no
less than 45 days prior to arrival, and Full payment must be made no
less than 30 days prior to your reservation so I can
send you a gate pass.In case of a late booking of 30 days or less
then all payments must be made at the time reservations are
confirmed.Owner may request a certified check.

$995.00 per month with a ten percent discount for multiple months

 All rentals for 90 days or less are subject to taxes and we only rent on a weekly basis from Sat to Sat during the peak summer season Any dates before memorial day and after labor day please contact owner for availability if other than Sat to Sat.

A $150 Cleaning/Security Deposit is
required to cover any damage, including smoking inside.It will be
returned to you by mail when the house
has been inspected for damage and cleanliness. Minimum age
to book is 25 years old or a married couple and maximum occupancy is
6 unless prior arrangements are made through the owner.

The security deposit is to be held against damage to the golf cart as well. We require that any one who drives the golf cart must be atleast 18 years of age and a licensed driver.
