Barefoot Resort is a 2300 acre, 5 star resort with everything from condos, townhomes, estate and bungalow homes and highrise condos.  This resort offers extensive trees, flowers gardens, lawns, 14 pools and golf BUT the beach is a quick drive, 2 min to front gates and 4 min down to beach.  You do not need to play golf to enjoy this resort.  Please google the resort to see their pictures

The  two bedroom - two bath 1100 sq ft condo is located in Wedgewood building.  The screened balcony and master bedroom overlook the golf course, yet have privacy with numerous trees.  Enjoy breakfast on the screened balcony with morning sun.   The kitchen, front door and second bedroom look to the pool and gardens.  

Master Bedroom has brand new king bed (not two twins pushed together) (delivered Jan 21, 2013)  with ensuite bathroom and walk in closet.  Plenty of drawers, TV cabinet and absolute privacy.  Bedroom two has two twin beds that can be put together to form a king bed.  Second washroom, linen closet, washer and dryer are at this end of the condo.  Queen sofa bed in living room, thus total sleeping capacity is 6.

kitchen is open, spacious and well stocked with everything needed
for cooking - full oven, dishwasher, full fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, etc.  A new washer and dryer inside condo.  Everything is there...right
down to 100 magazines for your enjoyment.  I, Suzanne Duval, the owner maintain a well organized, clean, meticulous golf villa.  

Our wedgewood pool is spacious, with lounge chairs and umbrellas and has sun right until sunset.  I encourage everyone to go to the North Tower Pool, the largest salt water pool in SC.  The large hot tub with views of the yacht club, intracoastal waterway is a wonderful way to finish the day. Our section of beach  is amazing...wide, flat, summer life guards, new free public parking lot with 80 spots , beach chair rentals, rentals of banana boats, jet skiis etc.  Our beach is called Windy Hills Beach a subsection of North Myrtle Beach           Barefoot Resort is situated in a upscale, secure part of North Myrtle Beach.  The resort is located directly behind Barefoot Landing where
you can find an abundance of shops, restaurants and entertainment
including Alabama Theater and House of Blues. Broadway on the Beach
is 10 minutes to the south. Loads of shopping....Tanger Outlet Mall
5 minutes to the south...a new Bi-Lo grocery store at our resort entrance...mini golf on every corner, lots of kid activities.   Staying at Barefoot Resort means that you have peace and quiet, yet everything you need is within 5 minutes and you dont have to wrestle the traffic on highway 17 if you chose not to.

Pools - privileges at two - wedgewood 250 ft from building and the North Tower Pool (with hot tub), Phone with local calling, Air Conditioning, Cable TV, 3 TV's, DVD Player, Wireless Internet, Full Kitchen, On Site Security patrol, screened in balcony, unit on second floor of three story building, stairs only, SC building code does not require elevators in low rise buildings.

Linen Service - I am pleased to now provide free linens (sheets, towels, pillows, blankets)   Please bring your beach towels from home.  Thread count 320 plus.  Mattressses are double protected with comfortable first high end waterproof mattress pad  and  then a second thick cotton mattresspad. The entire unit is 1100 sq ft. Some 2 bedroom condos in Myrtle beach are only 500 to 600 sq ft.   Sept 2009 -  A complete repaint with lovely taupe and sage green colour themes...10 new pieces of art work and new comforters ...Furniture is southwestern decor.  I am so pleased with the end result.

BEACH....this sub section of Myrtle beach is called Windy Hills Beach and is wonderful, it is big and fairly flat,the sand is easy for walking and lying on...the waters are calmer here...ideal for kid play  HOT TUB at tower pool.  Beach Cabana.. Clients can use the shuttle bus, public washroom, outdoor showers, vending machines, but only owners can access top floor

YACHT CLUB...stroll along our Yacht Club during your morning or evening walk..the resort runs along the intracoastal waterway on one side
A FREE SHUTTLE BUS right outside our door going back and forth to the beach and Barefoot landing ....is available hourly in summer months and weekend in spring and fall
Large crowds...I have a 4 bedroom townhouse as well inside Barefoot Resort.   Please see property id number 73317    OR I am working with our neighbour to provide two condos side by side

I encourage people to compare prices - renting directly from an owner should save clients money.   I  checked Condo World fees for 2013 - week in July almost $1400 in same 2 bedroom unit as mine.  Barefoot Resort has over a dozen sub sections, eg Ironwood, Wedgewood, River Crossing, Cyprus Bend, Havens, Clearwater Bay, Edgewater, Heron Bay, Egret Run are some.  If you have a pet, please look for a Havens owner, renters are permitted to bring pets there
