This lovely seaside retreat is located in the exclusive community of
Crown Point. Crown Point is a small, enclosed, private community
that provides a safe place for children to bike and play, with no
roads to cross to the beach. This house backs to open area with a
beautiful ocean view. The spacious, uncrowded beaches of Corolla
are steps away.

Relax in the hot tub located on the deck, read a book on the
captain's watch or enjoy the ocean views from the deck. This house
is close to community amenities such as pool and tennis. Tim Buk
II, home to restaurants, shopping, grocery store, and mini golf is 1/2 mile away.
Movie theater, lighthouse, historic area and golf are within 3
miles.

The owners have taken great care to upgrade the property every year. This year we feature new granite counter tops in kitchen and baths as well as new living room furniture.

Wireless high speed internet access and keyless entry with
passcode, no need to get keys!!
