This home sits on a beautiful lot on High Rock Lake. If it wasn't for the driveway, you would think you were on an island. Beautiful lake views and abundant wildlife and it is a great fishing spot.
This beautiful home is available for family fun and relaxation. No parties or special events. 8 guest maximum.
The home consist of three bedrooms, and two full baths. All bedrooms have flat screen TV's.
The kitchen is well equipped for the chef in the family, including granite counters and all stainless appliances. Almost every room opens to a deck. The great room has HDTV, large sectional sofa and is great for relaxing after a long day on the lake.

Large deck, Outside tables with umbrellas, walk in swimming area, outdoor shower, pier w/floater, neighborhood boat ramp next door. Gas grill, flatscreen TV's w/ cable, stereo and WiFi internet. Washer and dryer.
*Sheets, towels and paper products are NOT provided. Guest must bring these items. The house has 1 king, 2 queen beds.*

Numerous restaurants within 10-15 miles, with many that serve famous
Lexington BBQ. Childress Vineyard, Bob Timberlake Gallery, RCR
Racing Museum, and Historic Uptown Lexington. Also located a short
drive to Charlotte, Winston-Salem, High Point and Greensboro.

This beautiful home is available for family fun and relaxation. No "house parties" or special events. 8 guest maximum occupancy.
Weekly rentals are Saturday to Saturday. Check in 3PM, Check out 11AM
April 1st - Sept 10th (peak season) $1500 wkly or $250 nightly (3 night minimum)
Sept 11th -March 31st (off season) $1300 wkly or $225 nightly (3 night minimum)
*cleaning fee $100.00
*refundable security/damage deposit $300.00
