THe apartment sleeps 6 persons or max 8 persons (using the pool pout beds)  . In case of more than 6 persons there is a charge of USD 20 per overnight per extra person (7th or 8th person).

It is located just at 5 min. drive from La Amada with the  exclusive Gregg Norman Golf Course  Playa Mujeres , at only 10 min. drive from Cancun Downtown and 10
to 15 min from the Hotel Zone and about 30 to 40 min from the
Airport.
Internet Access is available inside  in the Penthouse  as well as  at the Hotel Lobby, where you can find also travel  agency  and concierge facilities.
This penthouse is located in the 3rd floor from the lobby and has 2
levels with 3 bedrooms (2 large bedrooms and 1 small bedroom) , 3
full bathrooms with hair dryers , a small open studio with couch ,
living room , dinning room , kitchen , 4 terraces and a roof terrace with 360 o of
breathtaking views of the Caribbean, Cancun and Isla Mujeres. All rooms are fully equipped with A/C minisplits.
The living room has an outside ocean front terrace with a
fountain , a refrigerator with ice machine and terrace furniture .Inside the
living and dining room area , decorated with beautiful antiques ,
2 leather couches , bar furniture , radio /stereo and 3 small
tables .
The 19 th century dinning room with 2 credenzas, 1 Boulle bureau
and a curio cabinet , it has a table and chairs for 8 persons .
The kitchen is a separate room ,fully equipped with all necessary
appliances (refrigerators, microwave , mixer, kitchen utensils ,
cutlery , glasses , dishes, etc) and a granite table for max . 4
persons.
Description of the Bedrooms:
1) The master bedroom has also a beautiful ocean front terrace with
rattan living room furniture for 4 persons and a small table . A
king size bed (with a pull out bed ) , a nice 32 " plasma TV with
Cable, a
full bathroom with bathtub/shower .build in closet with deposit
safe , chests of drawers ,working desk and build in book cases.

2) The 2nd bedroom is a very small cozy bedroom inspired in
the ancient yacht cabins .It has a small double
bed , cable TV ,build in closet and chest of drawers,
including a full bath with shower .In front of the small
bedroom there is a small open studio with couch , which
can be used as a bed and an additional Cable TV
withVideo. A massage table is also available at the
property .

3) At the back of the 2nd level you find the "roof garden room " with a double bed, a built in closet , a small chest of drawers , a wash basin with vanity mirror and hair dryer , a flat screen cable TV set and a minisplit A/C .

On the 2nd level is a also the laundry area with washing and drying machines and the roof garden . On the top of the property you find the roof terrace or solarium with 2 couches
and 2 wrought iron benches and table , where you can enjoy privacy
with the most breathtaking view of the Cancun and Isla Mujeres Area.(360 o view)
Our rates include linens and towels and we provide  chamber maid service  before your check in and
2 times per week (Monday & Friday) . Additonal cleanings have a cost of USD 25 . For ecological purposes linens are changed once per week , but if necessary can be changed earlier .
Please request it from our maid or butler. No Pets . Smoking is permitted only in the open areas .

Two swimming pools, water sports, tennis courts, play grounds for
football soccer and basket ball, kids club , 24 hrs. securityu,
gym , travel agency for booking tours and car rentals and guest
service.
There are 3 restaurants and 3 bars. If you prefer and do not want to
cook or to go out , you can also book for 1 or more days an all
inclusive pass for food , drinks and entertainment , beginning with
breakfast buffet and finishing with dinner.

Water sports, nearby golf, mayan ruins at less than 1 mile
distance, side trips to ancient mayan ruins like Tulum and Chichen
Itza, to the famous parks of Xcaret and Xelha to Playa del Carmen or
to the Island of Isla Mujeres or Cozumel. In the nearby hotel zone
of Cancun you will find the biggest choice of excellent restaurants,
night clubs and shopping malls of the Mexican Caribbean , or just
don´t do anything , relax and enjoy this beautiful and unique

Vacation Rental Rates until 05 Persons:

GREAT DEAL : with  following special rates:

Spring/Summer Low Season from April 14  to July 7, 2013 :only USD 980 per week   (USD 140 per night)                      or          USD 2950  per month.

Summer High Season from July 08 to August  31,2013:    USD 1330 per week (USD 190 per night )   or    USD 3990 per month (30 OVERNIGHTS).

Late Summer /Fall  Season (GREAT DEAL FOR  THANKSGIVING !) from September  01 to December 15, 2013 : only USD  980 per week   (USD 190 per night)   or  2950 per month

Holiday  Season: from December 16, 2013  to  Jan.05,2014: USD 1960 per week (USD 280 per night )

Winter High Season from Jan. 06 to April 26, 2014:  USD 1330 per week (USD 190 per night) .

Rates per day are proportional to weekly rate (minimum of 3 nights is required )  or to monthly rate (in case of staying longer than 1 month) .. In such case for example  the rent per day  would be  1/7  (one seventh) of the  weekly rate. 

Deposit Policy: We require a small deposit of 10 % of the total amount , the latest 60 days  prior to arrival. In case you book earlier than 60 days before , we need this deposit  3 days after your booking  in order to reconfirm your booking .

Please notice that you can cancel even 22 days prior to arrival without any cancelation charge.If you cancel  later than 21 days prior to arrival, there would be 10 % cancellation charge. Ex: If you pay 10 % deposit  and you cancel the latest 22 days prior to your arrival , we would reimburse your deposit . If you cancel 21 days prior to your arrival or  later , this 10 % would be considered  as cancellation charge. 

The open amount  for covering the full payment  is required  through a deposit or bank wire the latest 1 week prior to arrival, or another  possibility is to pay the open amount upon your arrival ,  PRIOR to check in , but only through a payment in travellers checks or cash .

In case of contracts for whole season , the full payment of a monthly rate is required every month  in advance. 

Cancellation Policy: until 22 days prior to arrival there is no
cancellation charge. Cancellations later
than 14 days prior to arival will be charged with 10 % .
